Quick Properties not displaying

I installed AutoCAD 2024 a month ago but since last week I can't display the Quick Properties when I select an object, line or whatever. Qpmode is on 1. I switched off and on again my CAD but still not working. Could someone help please?

Hi,

are you using dual monitors? 

you might want to check the value of QPLOCATION.

set it to 0 so that the QP palette appears near the cursor.

Not enough information, sorry. Did you match the settings in the two screenshots in the first post as well as the tagged solution post?
