Pipe Schedule

Can someone tell me how to easily create a simple pipe schedule?  I'm struggling with it.  If I take a new drawing and just draw 20 feet of 2" pipe and tag it, how do I create a schedule that shows that pipe on it, including the length, size, and material type?  When I try it I just get all blanks in my schedule and a quantity of "1".  Thanks.

Screen shot attached showing what I get.  Missing all of the info on the pipes.  How do I get the schedule to show that information.  Doesn't seem like it should be that difficult.

Then you select pipes and fittings, accept with enter and pick point where autocad is supposed to paste the schedule

Man that was easy.  I was trying to use the "schedules" in the ribbon...didn't work.  BOMTABLES works well.  Thanks!

The pipe objects don't have the attributes associated yet.

Right click the Schedule Table...

select "Add all Property Sets..."

Now select a pipe, and it will have all the necessary schedule fields (and lots more)  available in the property window.
