I am wondering why don't Autodesk by hardcoding make plastic pipe as it looks
In the real world.
Also it's not able to create this by the content builder.
I want to make the male and female sides of the pipe.
I have never seen any pipes without the slip hub in any storage shop.

The sizes normally used with the AutoCAD MEP software are usually smaller diameter and gravity piping which would have glued joints and piping with both ends having square cuts - the fittings would have the integral hubs.
Creating pipe and fittings which show real world detail is not typically needed for construction drawings within buildings so such details are minimized in order to keep file size down, simplify the programs used, and to be efficient with available project time.
Examples of hub and spigot pipe (SVWT) with gasketed joints (top) and pressed (PressFit) copper pipe and fitting (bottom) can be seen in the picture below. Probably as detailed as you are going to get with any program.
