Nesting Generic Annotations in a family

I am struggling to get this family to work, and may have gone about creation completely wrong... The P in my pressure gauge shows correctly in 1/8" plans but in 1/4" enlarged plans it shoots way out in space.

Can someone help me here, im still quite the novice at creating Revit families. I have a project going out E.O.D. and this is required for it.
