LISP issue

having a problem with a lisp that has worked fine.  before acad 2012 the lisp worked fine but now when I try to use it if the lines are not crossing it doesn't work right.

If the lines are like this it works fine:

But if the lines don't cross it ends up looking like this:

I have attached the file of the "T" that is used in the lisp and the lisp itself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated because I'm at a loss as to how to fix it.
