Lighting Fixture Schedule is not populated

I created a lighting schedule but the fields are empty. Any idea how to get information into these fields? I am new to this. I read online about editing style property set but they do not show the steps, other than mention "edit property set." I found the set but still can't figure it out

Never Mind. I found the answer. First, select the light and then fill the information in "extended data" located in the "properties tab" (see attached) Hope this helps future beginners.

Side note: If you already had your table made, it may not update unless you delete and put it back again. However, to avoid this, click on the table and change "always update" to "yes" under the properties tab. This is easier. Or just delete and put again as already mentioned.
