Incomplete ZIP file created by using eTransmit from Project Navigator

I have had problem with eTransmit for awhile now. When using eTransmit in Project Navigator to ZIP all the files in the projects, eTransmit works on some projects in Project Navigator and other project eTransmit does not work all. I have Google the problem and not really found anything. I have opened every AutoCAD file in the project ran Audit and Purge. Restarted AutoCAD, Ran a Repair on AutoCAD and Reboot my computer and uninstalled WinZIP and reinstalled WinZIP and still does the same thing.

What is happening is on the Sheet tab I right click on Project name and Select eTransmit. I check to make sure all the files are checked. I click OK and give the ZIP file a name and select save. I then check the ZIP file and only Architectural demo files is in the constructs and no view files or sheet files. I have asked co-workers to eTransmit the same projects and they can do it with no problems.

This problem seems to be only in projects that were created in an older version of AutoCAD MEP but co-workers can create the ZIP with eTransmit no problems.

Hi @brianwelch6745

Welcome to the Autodesk Community, and thank you for posting your question here in the AutoCAD MEP forum! I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I saw you have tried a few remedies already and none have helped. Please double check that when you are running the eTransmit that you have this box checked:

If this is checked and you are still having issues creating the ZIP file, please try the steps in this AKN Article. I hope this helps!
