fabrication cadmep

I downloaded fabrication cadmep but the program for the duct work is
not showing up in my program icons. I uninstalled it twice and tried
to reinstall and it does the same thing.

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. To clarify, the program is showing up under your installed programs though? There are some options during the installation to make sure the program appears in the start menus and desktop. Could you make sure those are checked when installing? Are you able to see Fabrication CADMEP in your program files? Could you give us some specs on your setup?

When I installed the program I never had these option show up. I still need someone to please callm me so I could get My problem solved. Could you Please call 303-888-6912

In my fabrication Cadmep 2017 Folder I have icons for the following Autodesk fab migration, configure user, dictionary, edit config, Licence tranfer utility, product info editor, product info viewer, and reveiw 2017. Nothing else. I would appreciate some help to solve this issue.
