Batch plot only plotting single sheet instead of multiple

Whenever I try and batch plot a set of drawings where the plot setup hasn't been completed yet the plot ends up being a single sheet of whatever drawing I have open. The process I go through is: open up a drawing, create a page setup that I want all the sheets to be. Then I apply to layout and close out of he plot window. Next I click on the top left corner and click on the Autodesk 'A' and select print, then batch plot from the drop down. I add my sheets by pressing the green plus sign. I keep the sheet that I created the page setup with at the top of the list. I then highlight all the sheets and change them to by the page setup I created. Then I press publish. It usually takes about 30 seconds and the file plots as just a single sheet.

I do not have this issue when I plot a set of drawings where the plot setup has already been set up on each sheet. I follow the same process minus the plot set up (since the setup is already completed)

This same issue effects two computers in my office and nobody knows the fix.

Hello to the original post of this question. I know it has been years and I was looking at a fix as well and am trying to help out if I can.

Set the BACKGROUNDPLOT (command) to 0 instead of 2. This worked for us!

If this helps anyone else please let me know.

Why don't you use 'BSIBATCH', is the fastest way to plot multiple drawings? But every drawing needs to have pagesetup. Warning, the previously created pdf file will be replace.
