AutoDesk Update for MEP 2022.0.2 showing up even though software not installed

I've got AutoCAD 2025, MEP 2025, and Elec 2025 installed on my computer. I started with 2020 and have been updating as the new versions come out. For some reason, the update for MEP 20222 is showing up in my AutoDesk Available Updates, even though 2022 has long since been removed, 3 versions ago. I don't keep older versions on my computer.

How can I clear this update out of my list?

Autodesk ACCESS tool is flawed. It will always do that to you.
Best you can do is either:
1) uninstall it.
2) go here and install the latest version (yeah, it does not self update very well either), restart your PC and hope for the best https://www.autodesk.com/products/autodesk-access/overview

Repeat #2 quarterly at least if you opt to keep it.

That tool has a dedicated forum too, right here, Autodesk used to have employees answers posts but since they discovered how useless we all find it, they stopped except on rare occasions
