Autocad "sections"

I am working in Autocad MEP 2018. I am trying to get duct to tag at actual dimensions off finished floor (10'-6" BOD for example), but the actual floor I am working off has a high sea level elevation (312'-6" in this case). We have used something called sections in the past that work well, but I cant figure out how to add new sections. I will try to post a screenshot of some of the old sections

 

set up in my machine, however I have not been able to add to this list.
