ACAD MEP offline installer

Hi All,
I would like ask, that how i can create or download Offline Installer for the ACAD MEP 2016. The downloading time is too much.

Please accept as a solution if this fully resolves the issue

Its under Autocad Products>Autocad MEP download all parts for 32 bit or 64 Bit
