I have seen this question posted in posts older than 3 years, but not recently so I'll try an updated attempt...
I use MEP for construction purposes, but I also use Electrical for control work and custom test equipment. Often projects use both tool sets, first to build the test cell, then to design the control circuits. Is there a way yet (using AutoCAD 2024) to include all the toolsets in one open application?
