where customize ribbon button

in older Version me have icon right hand side of ribbon

that name was: customize ribbon

now in new Version me can not see it

can help me how can customize ribbon button for change interface in 2020 AM

CUI is the command name that you can just type in the interim: start HELP, look up the command, it might have a pointer feature (find link at the top) to show you where it resides on your screen.
