Unable to access Mesh Tab

I am trying access this tab so that I might be able to perform the mesh to solid surface function per the following instructions:

1. Click Mesh tab Convert Mesh panelConvert Options drop-down.
2. Specify one of the following conversion options
3. Click Mesh Modeling tabConvert Mesh panelConvert to Solid.
4. Select a mesh object that has no gaps or intersecting faces.

There is NO "Mesh Tab" on my application and right clicking doesn't provide that option. There is a Mesh Panel, but the function I need is not listed.

Hello,

You are searching in the Drafting and Annotations workspace.

You need to change the workspace from the "Gear" icon in the lower right hand corner in the statusbar, and change it to "3D Modeling".

Please check the attached snapshot for clarity.
