Start Tab is unresponsive

I've just updated to AutoCAD Mechanical 2024 from 2022, and my Start Tab simply is unresponsive.  There is a continuous spinning loading circle.  I can't seem to figure it out.  I did not have this is with the 2022 release.  Any help would be great appreciated.

Did your restart your PC yet? Try that is not.

Then... Reset MECH2024 back to defaults, then avoid loading any migrated content from MECH2022 until you find out if your START tab issue has gone away.

I've tried all of that, the start menu will only appear if I set AutoCAD Mechanical to its default settings.  The moment I migrate settings from an earlier release (2022) it's unresponsive with a continuous spinning loading wheel.  The start tab in the 2022 release is working just fine.

You have a corruption there: since the migration tool has options, you'll need to find test each one out.

I would start with eliminating content that is on another drive, paths that you can identify are still working, or related to content you rarely use.

Or just start over fresh, or with manual recreation of that content and paths, keep using 2022 in the interim.

Sadly, no one here can help you since none of us have your 2022 setup handy.
