Quick Access Toolbar is gone

The menu bar is gone. I don't know how to get it back. I don't know what I did but it's completely vanished

The menu bar can be displayed again by typing MENUBAR in the command line and changing the value from to 1. It can also be accessed from the quick launch drop down. See the Autodesk Knowledge Network (AKN) article below:

thank you for replying. unfortunately no, The quick access tool bar is gone. I think I miss worded what i wanted to say orginally.
