Properties Toolbar not available in Mechanical 2018?

Hi,

Could anyone help me to get the 'Properties' Toolbar to display in Mechanical 2018? - I'm really missing this.

I have tried r'click on other toolbars, but no option for 'Properties' I only see the mechanical items.

I've also tried typing '-toolbar' then entering 'Properties' - but get the message "Toolbar not found".

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Recent versions of AutoCAD, this toolbar is not available like that, Instead of that we have to use the quick properties which will be coming once you double click the contents. for Ex, please see the attached image.

Or use CTRL+1 to get those information's in the properties palate.

Hi Nick,

You may copy the Properties toolbar from acad.cuix.

1, Command: CUI

2. Switch to Transfer tab

3. On the right pane>>Open acad.cuix from C:\Users\<<User Login Name>>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD Mechanical 2018\R22.0\enu\Support

4. Under Toolbars>>Copy Properties toolbar and Paste under Toolbars on the left pane.

5. Click OK

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Do you know if Mechanical 2019 will allow the Properties Toolbar to be displayed too?  I tried your explaination for 2018 but the toolbar isn't in the Support folder which leads me to believe AutoDesk has stopped supporting toolbars all together.  FYI, I jumped from 2014 (set up like my 2004) to 2019 so I may just be out of touch.  Thank you!

Toolbars got dropped from all AutoCAD verticals like yours a few versions back, your 2014 was just before then.

The path is different for AutoCAD Mechanical 2019.  Command cui>>Transfer tab>> On the right pane>>Open acad.cuix from C:\Users\<<User Login Name>>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD Mechanical 2019\R23.0\enu\Support
