Produced by an autodesk educational product

Good morning,
Since a client sent me a drawing using an AutoCAD with an autodesk educational product licence, my AutoCAD keeps on getting fatal errors preventing me from working. I tried reinstalling but it still gets fatal errors. I have a network
licence and everything seems fine on the other computers
. What do I do?

You have attached a screenshot of the file with the educational watermark on it, not a screenshot of the fatal error message. Did you mean that your other work is infected with the watermark? You see, it is against the license to use an educational version for commercial work, one result being that anything that uses any portion of that educational file will be infected with the watermark. One thing to do in that case is get rid of all files that had any contact with the EDU file, and keep the two types completely separate from each other. Good luck!

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂

The error does not relate to open the EDU file.Did your AutoCAD work well before open the file?

You mentioned you have reinstalled AutoCAD, did you have done a clean uninstall before your reinstallation?

It is strongly recommended that you clean your system by uninstalling all Autodesk products and supporting applications (add-ins, utilities, enablers, etc.), and by removing related files and settings before attempting to reinstall.Try this solutin: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=2887771&linkID=9240697

Hope helps.

I formatted and reinstalled all programs, it's works, except that if I get a picture of a customer like this is going to have me to do the same thing?
