Mesh content disappearing from acad model

Am losing created surface content in 3d ACAD models. Unsure of why. Would appreciate any help with this.

Hi,

Can you please tell me which mesh is orphaned here. I see one that has moved. A screenshot highlighting the issue would be better to troubleshoot.
