How to make this axis with Autocad Mechanical

I have to make this axis and i dont know how. If someone could explain me how or pass me this done by pm in a cad file it would be perfect.

Please explain what you are referring to by asking for the "axis". All dimensions are present to create every feature.

I hope you are not asking for anyone to actually create the entire part.
