Font color change in tool palette

I am wondering if it is possible to change the color of the font used on the tool palette. I am trying to make certain blocks in the palette unique and stand out  (preferred blocks in a way). Is this possible or can you only change all text on the palette the same color? Thanks

Nothing in the program itself does that: there might be a Windows Registry edit (but it will affect all the text)or an overall Windows settings that will affect all other programs too if you want to fig deeper into those two methods.

BUT... if you need certain blocks to "pop" then they really need to be in their own TP.
