Hi,

I've been trying to fillet 4 corners of a solid box. But I was able to fillet 3 of them, and the last one said that I couldn't bend the edge. Please see the pictures and the attached file below. Thank you.

Hi @ngoquangnhut.1995,

Welcome to the AutoCAD Mechanical Forums Community!

Thank you for sharing the image as well as the file that helped understand the issue better.

It looks like there is only the vertical edge to fillet on that corner, I suspect the warning is because it and the lower edge have already been partially filleted.

Fillets for this shape work best when the vertical edges are filleted separate from the continuous line below them. This may work better for you:

  1. FILLET the 4 vertical edges.  cherylbuck_1-1644958647192.png

  2. Start a new FILLET command.
  3. In the command line, select Multiple.
  4. Select one edge.
  5. Enter the Radius.
  6. In the command line select Chain.
  7. Select another of the lines around the bottom edge, a continuous line around will be highlighted.
  8. Press Enter.

Let me know if this helps.

All the best,
