Extract Bill of materials Table to excel

Hi I have a dwg file . I need to extract Bill of materials Table to excel .Is there any script or command to export it without manually selecting the it

Hi

You can export the Bill of Materials from the BOM dialog box.  You may either select "Report Generator" or "Export" option as shown in the image below.

Actually I am looking for some AUTOLISP script .So that we no need to select the table and extract the BOM directly

Hi Aneesh,

I am not aware of a lisp script.  I checked with the development team and there are couple of APIs (exportBom and importBOM) to export the BOM content.
