Error when trying to subtract from solid

I've created a blank that has a channel subtracted from it. It's rounded at the bottom so I used a sphere to remove the ends and did a sweep along an arc with the needed radius. One end worked fine, the sphere removed the material, but the other end (as you can see in the attached file) just gives me an error 84026.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for sharing the file. I checked out the drawing, and see the issue but was not able to reproduce the error on my system.

If you are willing to create a ScreenCast showing the process you are going through that produces this error, I would be happy to try to reproduce the error and troubleshoot it for you.

All the best.

Thank you @cheryl.buck, I was able ot figure it out this morning. When I placed the sphere into the end of the channel where I needed to remove material it didn't make contact with the solid I was trying to remove it from. I zoomed way in and saw that and corrected it. Worked perfectly after that. I'm on to my next problem which I'll probably need help with shortly so I'll post.
