Commands stop working, no cursor

I have 2014/2015 Autocad design suite at home for my business and have not used it in quite a while due to lack of home business work. But last week I wanted to create drawing. Open 2015, no commands, no cursor, nothing. Open 2014, the exact same thing. Deleted everything and re-installed 2015. Still no change. Deleted 2015 and re-installed 2014...again, no change. So mad right now, nothing I find online is helping. All of this worked perfectly before.

What am I not seeing?

Installed currently Autodesk Product Design Suite 2014 64bit

24 GB ram, Intel Core i7 [email protected] GHz

NVIDIA Quadro 2000 video card.

Can someone from Autodesk contact me on this problem...please! It has to get resolved. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything 3 times, this problem will not go away.
