AutoCAD Mechanical Unhandled Exception, can't load type, followed by fatal error

After a new install of AutoCAD Mechanical 2013 on Win7x64, I get the following error as soon as the program starts:

 Capture1.PNG

Pressing continue results in a fatal error:

 Capture2.PNG

Pressing OK closes the dialogue box, along with the entire program.

To reiterate, this is a brand new installation. I was not trying to open a file or launch from preexisting settings. I already have Service Pack 2 installed for this program. I have already rebooted the computer to see if this fixed the issue and it has not.

I was able to repair this by copying the AcCui.dll from another copy of the program.

That said, I am now getting a message of being unable to load ammgdinterop.dll... copying that one in from the other program doesn't seem to work, nor does modifying the file name as is suggested by the KB. Any thoughts on a next step?
