AutoCAD Mechanical 2017 crashing issues

Hi everyone,

We have created a launcher using ObjectARX 2017 and C++. The launcher works fine but sometimes due to some reasons it crashes; sometimes it crashes while launching, working on AutoCAD  or during quitting AutoCAD.

We have also created custom applications using ObjectARX and C++.

Hi,

Welcome to this forum.
I don't know what the launcher all does, it could be that the launcher causes the crashes or the drawing.
Try to recover the drawing so you can see if there are any errors in it and fix that first.

Hi Robert,

The launcher was created using Visual Studio 6; It does nothing more than launching AutoCAD Mechanical 2017. Moreover we have also created some Custom Commands using ObjectARX 2017. Its an unusual behavior of AutoCAD Mechanical 2017. It just directly crashed with those error messages. Do you have any idea when does AutoCAD give those error message and how can i solve the error?

Hi Mohammed,
Errors most appear when you given an command to AutoCAD.
Can even appear when you open a drawing.
Did you open the drawing without the launcher?

I have tried opening the drawing without the launcher and it works absolutely fine. can you please tell me that under which circumstances we get the error messages?

I really can't tell you when an error will occur.
Try to simulate the commands manually that the launcher does. That way you can rule-out any errors.
Or is it possible to sent your launcher here?
