If you have your Express Tools dowloaded, you can use the ALIGNSPACE command.

One of the easiest ways is to use Polar Tracking. At the bottom of your workspace there is a toggle switch to turn it on or off. You will need to select SETTINGS by right clicking the icon. Select items such as End Point, Quadrant, Mid Point etc. (I suggest staying away from Nearest.)

When on, once you invoke a command such as MOVE, you can then hover over the point where you want to align to and then a dashed line of alignment will show as you move across and away from that object. You can align to a single oogject or two different objects.
