ACAD Mechanical 2024 Drawing not displaying properly in layout mode but correctly in ACAD Vanilla

Attached are screenshots of the same drawing in layout mode open in both ACAD Mechanical 2024 and plain vanilla ACAD 2024. Display/graphics drivers are up to date.

The Mechanical version does not display/regenerate the drawing correctly in layout space but displays correctly in model space.

Plain vanilla ACAD shows the drawing correctly in both model and paper space.

1) Open both programs side-by-side, and inside each start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and see if you can spot differences in settings. Share screenshots here if you're unsure.

2) Ensure your MECH2024 is fully updated. Restart it.

If still an issue...

3) Turn off GFXDX12 variable in MECH2024.
