Global update with reference records for feature class forms

Working with reference records in feature class forms is a very performing way to insert and update new data sets.

The function global update is it too, but the combination of global update and using reference records is missing in AutoCAD Map 3D

Since new functions rarely find their way into AutoCAD Map 3D, we have implemented this function in our tool GEOBOX GIS BOXtools.
