For AutoCAD Map 3D, Civil 3D, AIMS and InfraWorks:

FDO Provider for ArcGIS Rest Services.

I.e. consume as a layer urls such as NOAA's http://gis.srh.noaa.gov/arcgis/rest/services

how can you connect the provider arcgis to the arcsde  server?

I have a valide connection on the arcsde server

an licence arccsde valid with hte arcgis 10.3.1 version on the computer.

and i had installing the 64 and 32 oracle client .

i cann connect directily the oracle  with  the oracle FDO .
