Change Shortcut of MAPIINSERT browsing to be similar to the rest of AutoCAD

I think the file explorer browsing should have the same shortcuts as the rest of AutoCAD file explorer browsing.

 

i.e. to go up a folder in AutoCAD is ALT+2

 

to go up a folder in MAPIINSERT is ALT+UP ARROW
