Any attempt to merely "View" either NSRS07 or NSRS11 Geodetic Transformations in the Coordinate Systems Library results in a crash:

Just a confirmation, I can reproduce the issue with my Map3D 2016 German 64bit on Win8.1 German 64bit, Civil 3D 2016 German on Win8.1 64bit as well as Map 3D 2016 on Win7 64bit.
Sorry that I don't find a solution for that.

I also get the same results as both of you in Civil 3D and Map 3D 2016. I have logged the issue with development as DE23951. I also do not see a workaround at this time, but will post back here if I find one or any other related information.
