TR Descriptor making a symbol

We do topographical surveys where we have to create line tables with tree species and size. In cad it automatically will place the symbol of a tree with description "tree" when we type in the code/shortcut TR. My question is how can I create individual codes for each tree specimen so that the symbol of that tree will come up automatically when we type in the code?

So to be clear, you survey trees and during your filed work, you not only collect location (lat/longs), you input the tree species, trunk diameter and possibly even the estimated height and condition. Correct? What is the format (extension type) of your data when you input it to Map3D? 

Would it be possible to upload a sample of the survey data that M3D is consuming?
