SQL Server Spatial connection and permissions

Hi there, I'm pretty new to Autocad/GIS and am trying to fix an issue for my GIS guy with schema's failing to show on select databases.

In autocad, I'm able to create a sql server spatial connection successfully.  I'm using the sa account, and depending on which database I choose for connections some do not display any schemas.

I'm not sure what I'm missing on those databases, that I know geometry columns exist, but am unable to view.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction?  Am I missing permissions to schemas?

It is definitely permissions.  If you user does not have access, you will not see the tables.

However, I have also seen a caching in the tables listed in the data connection.  I would try re-connecting to SQL Server with a new data source and see if the tables appear..
