split/cut vector layer with point layer

Hi,

I've a SHP (or other format) of network, and another SHP of point snapped to poly. I'd like to cut vector at each point.

I've found lots of solution to cut line/line or Line/polygon, but nothing to cut line with points (FDO Overlay, or MapClean/topology).

I've found a possible solution with PostGis, but nothing with MAP3D (or QGis).

If someone can give me a possible way to solve this problem?
