I recently posted about printing to pdf being slow. We were able to solve that issue. I have created a template to expedite the process. Now the next issue is the tabs. Is there a project view manager that can be used? An example would be the Revit project browser. When there is 200 tabs its muddy the way we have to get to the one we are working on, usually this would be done by dragging one of the tabs to the right to reveal more tabs and placing that tab back in its original spot.
