PLOTTING MAP BOOK TO DWF RETURNS NO LAYERS

I'm plotting a map book but the contents are lost when I try to view the plotted dwf file in Autodesk design review. I'm using trial version of autocad map 3d. Kindly help.

Did you turn on the layers feature in your chosen DWF driver?

There are different ways to plot or 'publish' your map book to dwf. Can you explain the steps you are using? If possible, please provide 2 or 3 screen shots to support your explanation. Thank you.
