orienting UCS

Hey guys,

Is there a way to mirror the UCS coordinate system so that it looks like this:

EXAMPLE.jpg

I'm trying to make my Y longitude and my X latitude and I can't seem to figure out how to orient it like this.

I load this data into an SQL server and others use it to create a map. They need it to display latitude(x) first and longitude(y) second. AutoCAD Map is set up to where the x is long. and y is lat. The only way to fix it is to change the UCS orientation. I was having a difficult time figuring out how to get them to switch while still keeping the lat/long values with the correct signs. hope this makes sense

D,

This will probably sound stupid, but how about mirroring the entire drawing about a 45-degree line?
