maps 2023 refsys not printable

Hello all together,

I just installed ACA maps 2023. Unfortunately lines within view frame of maps reference system (UTM-grid) are seen in print pre-view but not printed (ACA-pdf-printer). All layer parameters checked. Background is PDF-imported map. Didn't have problems in previous version.

Thanks fpor answers

regards .hb.

Hello @Bwanamiti

When you refer to maps reference system do you mean MAPLAYOUTREFERENCESYSTEM?

Although your opening post may be clear to you, it's not clear to the forum.

Are you trying to print the UTM reference grid of the viewport to PDF from your layout tab?

Please upload at least 3 different screenshots illustrating your issue. For example:

  1. A screenshot of print preview.
  2. A screenshot of the PDF which demonstrates the error.
  3. A screenshot of the Properties Palette when the reference grid has been selected.
  4. Any additonal screenshots you believe are relevant to your issue.

Hi, Chicago Looper,

thanks for your quick answer
Yes I meant MAPLAYOUTREFERENCESYSTEM

in drawing and print preview the coordinate grid is visible

print out with ACAD pdf printer high quality, related layer enabled for printing

in PDF coordinate grid is missing.

I attached fotos above

What are your plot settings?

Can you try it like this?

Using MGRS format with Scale 1:2000 and Precision=100m.

Thanks for your answer.

Here my page/print settings, seem to be very similar to yours

And my coordinate system settings:

Incredible, the lines are back, reasons for it are not understandable. I tried to reset: SYSVARMONITOR (Command)

Which are the sys.vars for the PLGRIDSYSTEM?

Best regards .hb.

Your explanation summarizing your issue is too vague. There are too many variables that your situation. Upload your drawing.

Dear ChicagoLooper,
I appreciate your support.

Attached you receive the DWG as eTransmit (I detached the XREF because of size).

Plus 4 PDF printouts just made one after the other within short time.

NB: The first printout showed again the grid, strangely enough, but subsequent prints are not showing the grid anymore, see file dates.
I draw some lines myself to get at least something looking like a grid. Layer: 91_PSP_RefSys_LIN

Layer 91_PSP_RefSys contains the grid. Pls toggle layers in PDF

Thanks and regards
