Based on what's new with Map 3d 2018, once again Autodesk has basically quit developing it. No new features other than the ability to connect to newer data stores. In fact, Autodesk removed the point cloud part of Map 3d. Yes, I know, it can still be done with other methods. The point is that after a decade nothing new has been added to Map 3d.

Did you ever think maybe is was perfect back in 2010 and there's nothing more than can be added? 🙂 LOL.....
At least they haven't broken "too much" while adding new features.
