A jpg image you got with a Google search? or from Google Earth? Using
AutoCAD Map3D or plain AutoCAD CAD or Computer Aided Dispath.

Version of "CAD" and method of getting the image may help answer the
question.

And the image is from ? Is it in a known coordinate system? Is there
metadata for it on the site you got it from?

WHERE DID YOU GET THE JPG FILE?

If you did a Google search and found a jpg you wanted then downloaded/saved
it to your computer then it is not georeferanced. You will need to insert
the jpg with the mapiinsert command and use the scale, move and align
commands in AutoCAD to place it where it needs to go or use the transform or
rubbersheet commands in AutoCAD Map3D. You will need to have known points in
the dwg and on the jpg.
