Is this linetype from GIS recreatable in CAD?

In the screenshot attached, the green line type shown is currently being produced in GIS. Is that style of arrow (with the angled edge as opposed to a straight triangle) able to be created in AutoCAD?

You could create a block of the triangle and use the >>>MEASURE Command<<< to string them along a line.
