That seems to be a dot net framework error, I received it many times in
testing and was never able to get around it completely. I was hoping it was
fixed in the final release or would provide the installer more info. Only
thing I know for you to check is the version of dot net framework, and if
you have any newer "beta" versions of software from any other product
installed. I had trouble getting it to work with Microsoft Visual Basic
Express installed.

I'm getting errors when installing the upgrade.

That appears just before it starts installing files. I click OK and
everything continues as it should until just after the registry entries when

I have the option to click OK on that. I do that and the installation rolls
back completely and leave me with a log file, which I've attached. Help and
Support proved as useful as the message above.
If anyone could point me in the right direction to find a solution that
would be great.
