Importing DWG files in GEMCOM GEMS

Dear AutoDesk Community,

I'm currently using Autocad map 3D 2015, and I'm using it do digitalize and georreference some maps that I've drawn.

After that, I need to export de polylines to do some 3D geological modelling, and for that, I'm using another software (GEMCOME GEMS 6.4). 

The problem is that, everytime that i try to import the DWG file into GEMS, I get the following error.

My question is... Is there any proceeding I should be doing before exporting the polylines from AutoCAD?

Any help would me much appreciated.

Esri shapefiles can be imported as points, polylines, or polygons

apparently you can mapexport work to .shp with Map3D and import it into GEMCOM
