How to export Map 3d map with its feature properties to CAD dwg

Could someone please tell me how to export a Map 3D drawing with the feature properties for each object into CAD drawing?

yes i know that they can be viewed in Xdatalist but I want to be able to see them under properties maybe under OD?

You cant’t export object data to Plain Vanilla AutoCAD. 

Object data is NOT understood by Plain Vanilla AutoCAD.  

Object data will not appear in Plain Vanilla AutoCAD. The OD will not even use proxies in Vanilla Acad, it doesn’t ‘exist’ in Vanilla Acad.

MAPTOACAD or MAPEXPORTCURRENTMAPTODWG do not allow you to store attribute information in OD.
That 's why I proposed MAPIMPORT.
