How to disable Customer improvement Program screen and Data Collection Program?

Hi,

Our AutoCAD Map3D 2016 SP2 applications are installed on Citrix servers. Whenever users open the application, Customer improvement Program screen and the Data Collection Program Screen always pops up.

I have attached the snaps of these two screens.

Would you please let me know the steps to disable these screens?

Thanks.

Only covers the CIP (fixed) - what about the Data Collection Program? How do you stop that before launch? Currently hangs my installation!

In case you or anybody else is still having an issue with this, one important step I discovered is that you need to disable the screen from the MOST RECENT VERSION YEAR AUTODESK APP that you have installed.  For example, if you're having the problem with the windows popping up in Revit 2017 and also have AutoCAD 2019 installed, disable the windows from the help menu in AutoCAD 2019 and then reboot.  This solved it for us where disabling from Revit 2017 failed.
