generate new pattern/hatch

Hi Community!

I got stucked with my pattern/hatch-issue and hope I can find some new proposals here.

I would like to generate a new pattern/hatch out of a font. I know there are *.pat-files, but this pattern is quite complicated. I already reduced this symbol to normal lines which are now saved in a dxf (see attached file).

Is there a possibility to define this as a pattern? The best would be to save it as a *.pat-file.

I'm working with AutoCAD Map3D 2014 SP2

Perhaps you can try this 

If I remember it's developped in vba.

thanks for your reply. That's exactly what I was looking for.

Unfortunatly it didn't help. The versions are not compatible. 😞

I'll go on searching for a tool ...
