External Reference data link cannot reload, detach, or bind

I have tried linking it to a "dummy" data link file, but I still cannot remove it from the External Reference Pallet. I do not need this external reference (link) anymore; it was carried over from a previous project. See the attached screenshot.

AutoCAD Map 3D 2025. I can ignore the unsolved reference, but I am curious how to correct it.

Hi,

Try to enter  _DATALINK  on command line.

Can you see your link, and right-clic on it and choose remove?

Do you have an error message when trying to remove it?
